*Job Title          : MSCRM Techno Functional Analyst*

*Location          : *Hartford, CT

*Duration          : 36 Months*



*Required Skills:*

·         6-8 years of MSCRM experience.

·         Understanding of configuration and customization of Microsoft CRM
2011 On-Premise.

·         Rich knowledge in Insurance industry processes.

·         Expertise in Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Stakeholder
management.

·         Conduct requirements elaboration by interacting with client SME’s.

·         Work with Functional / IT Analyst on requirement details.

·         Facilitate Gap-Fit Analysis of requirements along with technical
team.

·         Responsible for creating Functional Specifications Documents.

·         Responsible to ensure that the business and functional
requirements are verified, and obtain sign-off from client when required.

·         Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on Microsoft Dynamics
CRM 2011 and 2013 at support levels two and three.

·         Functional analysis and documentation of issues and resolutions.

·         Ability to demonstrate the highest-level of professionalism while
exercising patience and empathy in dealing with user frustrations.

·         Capable of presenting issues and resolutions to stakeholders
during status and ad hoc meetings.

·         Skilled at support activities that include:

o   Incident and Service Request Management

o   Knowledge Management

o   Break Fix

o   Status Reporting

o   Ad-Hoc Requests

*Desired Skills:*

·         Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

·         Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast
pace environment.

·         Capable with handling requests and working with offshore
development and maintenance team.

*Job Roles / Responsibilities:*

Onsite Support Lead (1) –

·         Overall responsibility for the project execution, delivery
performance from Cognizant

·         Escalation point of contact for XL Insurance team

·         Participates in Governance and Review Meetings with XL Management
& Stakeholders

·         Communicate with XL Insurance stakeholders  for requirement
clarification and dependency resolution

·         Reviews Ticket Analysis, root cause analysis  and  recommends
preventive maintenance  activities

·         Ensure Quality, benchmarking, SLA adherence

*Job Description 2:*



*Job Title          : CRM Developer*

*Location          : *Columbus, GA

*Duration         : *6 Months



*Must Have Skills: *

·         2011 *CRM Dynamics* or higher (3+ years)

·         Plugins, Javascript, Web Resources, C#

·         WCF Experience (2+ years)



*Desired Skills:*

·         Data Modeling Concepts (3 years)

·         Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

·         Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast
pace environment

*Project Details:*

This will be a Staff Aug project.


*Job Roles / Responsibilities:*

This is for a CRM Developer position using the above skill sets. Design,
