We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available for this. *Java Lead Developer* *Location:: New York* *Duration::6 Months+* *Need visa copy during submission* A Technical Lead role to work out of customer location(a major Media and Entertainment content provider) in New York, USA, to lead a team to develop , enhance application related to Meta data /packaging for Non-Linear delivery platforms • Strong knowledge in Java • Strong knowledge in Swing • Experience in Hibernate and its caching mechanisms • Able to design and develop based on J2EE and Java design patterns • Additional experience in Spring is desirable • Customer orientation • Experience in technically leading a team • Excellent Communication Skills *Skills* : 1. Person should be technically strong and hands-on in Hibernate, Spring, XML, Oracle, JMS, web services, Maven. Good to have skills are Swing and Weblogic. 2. Person should be able to provide solutions to the problems in the applications based on the above technologies and should also be able to design solutions for new requirements. 3. Should be leading a remote team managing their deliverables from technology perspective.
