Position : Voice Support Admin/Engineer Location : Houston, TX Duration : 6+ months *Job description :* · Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customer to address any concerns, queries and resolving the issues on Telecom and voice network domains · Ensure the assigned deliverables are met with the committed SLA’s for Telecom and Voice Network · Ensure the escalated technical issues or concerns resolved with in defined SLA timeframe. · Contribute to develop and manage the policies, procedures and best practices for delivering service · Monitors trouble ticket trends and other information relevant to resolving the issue · Generate Reports as per Client & Customer requirements · Perform problem management, root cause analysis and record solutions in the knowledge base. · Asset tracking and management of all Wireless Telecom devices using TMI system · Monitoring budgets for Voice , Data and Internet infrastructure · Monthly vendor bill payment processing and management · Conduct internal audits to check the compliance of the team. · *Telecom experience and extensive knowledge of Service provider and voice technologies* (Nortel, Avaya PBX, Cisco Call Manager, IP Telephony) and Conferencing solutions (Cisco VOIP, Polycom, Avaya and ) · Knowledge & Experience in QOS & SIP · Knowledge on WAN technologies like MPLS and Data / Voice integrations a. Knowledge and experience with inter-network routing architectures, and the underlying network security technologies Secondary Skills b. ITIL process awareness and knowledge of process flows & definitions c. Skills on Template creation , presentation and documentation d. Skills on Network management tools implementation e. knowledge on Project management for assisting all Infrastructure Projects Must be 1. CCNA + 4 Years Networking Experience AND/ OR 2.
