*Job Title : SAP HCM Analyst Location : *Redmond /
*Duration : *6 Months+
• Service Engineering role to support SAP HCM modules including US Payroll,
This role needs strong SAP Payroll(US) Knowledge, SAP Solution expertise to
effectively integrate SAP HCM and Microsoft technologies into the
environments in order to achieve the goals of Business and be an advocate
to the IT and Business
· The resource facilitates and support SAP HCM modules to enhance
the clients business functionality and overall performance, while
maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
· Design & configure core HCM Modules(PA & OM)
· Design & configure US Payroll
· Configure Time Management
· Acts as a liaison between Business and SD for troubleshooting.
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Problem Management and Service improvement plans in SAP HCM.
· Minimum 10 years of SAP HCM configuration/support experience with
strong US Payroll
· Must have at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations experience
· Able to co-ordinate with business and multi task and work under
· Able to work independently with little or no supervision
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
· Reading and understanding of HR ABAP code(Report, FM, User exits,
BAPIs,BADIs etc..). working experience & Knowledge on ALE/EDI &
IDOC Knowledge & experience in BSI tax
· Knowledge on E-Recruiting module is a plus
· Experience in User Exits
· Good presentation skills and be able to face business directly
