*1. Project Manager – Commercial Divestiture*

*Location: Plainsboro, NJ*

*Duration: 12 month contract*

*Project Summary:*

Commercial Divestiture – Scope involves coordination of a divestiture
effort for
the Commercial organization.

Additional PM Requirements:

Prior experience in managing divestiture efforts related to Commercial
Products. Proven experience in managing cross-functional workstreams within
the product sales and marketing organizations.

* Program Manager Responsibilities:*

• Responsible for managing a group of related projects in a coordinated way
to
obtain benefits and control not available from managing them individually.
Program Manager is primarily focused on Outcomes.
• Ensures Program is delivered within the agreed upon schedule, budget, and
quality constraints coordinated between all the different Program components
• Defines Program Governance including Roles and Responsibilities and the
Program Infrastructure (program office, technology, and other factors in the
work environment supporting the program effort)
• Acts as the communications conduit to Program Owner, executive sponsors
and
program steering committee and conducts periodic briefings/status updates
and
provides support and guidance to the Program Coordinator and Project
managers by
establishing the Program direction
• Builds and maintains a comprehensive Program Plan/Schedule with Project
Schedule rollups. Reviews/approves Project Plans/Schedules for conformance
to
Program strategy
• Accountable for addressing external and cross team internal dependencies,
mitigation and resolution of program level risks and issues. Escalates to
Program Owner and Executive Sponsors as necessary.
• Ensures all Projects under the Program are adhering to the Program/Project
Management Framework, ADM/System Development Lifecycle, Sarbanes-Oxley,
GxP, our
policies and procedures, and other compliance processes where applicable
• Implements Financial reporting, metrics and controls for the Program



*2. Project Manager – Enterprise Information and Technology*

*Location: Plainsboro, NJ *

*Duration: 12 month contract *



*Project Summary: *

Enterprise Information & Technology Strategy Refresh: Visioning exercise
that will identify key priorities and objectives for the Enterprise
Services organization. The initiative will help define the technology
refresh roadmap for the organization. Scope involves implementation of this
roadmap.


*Additional PM Requirements: *

Senior Program Manager who has prior experience working with senior
executives on visioning and strategy setting exercises and helping
implementing the vision. Preference would be for individuals who have prior
Big 5 consulting experience or Fortune 100 corporate strategy
setting/visioning experience.

*Program Manager Responsibilities:*

·         Responsible for managing a group of related projects in a
coordinated way to obtain benefits and control not available from managing
them individually. Program Manager is primarily focused on Outcomes.

·         Ensures Program is delivered within the agreed upon schedule,
budget, and quality constraints coordinated between all the different
Program components

·         Creates and manages work breakdown structure (WBS) and scheduled
project plan.

·         Manages and supervises project team resources.

·         Develops critical path analysis for project implementation.

·         Responsible for business change management (incl. business
process redesign, training, SOPs).

·         Manage project scope and timeline through formal change
management processes.

·         Manages project issues and risks through std issue/risk process.

·         Communication to stakeholders.

·         Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with
both technical and non-technical parties.

·         Ensures compliance with required controls.

·         Manage projects with dollar values in excess of $500,000.

·         Bachelor's degree/Technical degree or equivalent requirement.

·         Master's degree a plus.

·         PMP, or equivalent certification, required.

·         Responsible for leading a series of projects with significantly
complex integration points.

·         Proven experience with business capability projects; strong
process engineering skills.


*3. Project Manager – Global Standardization*

*Location: Plainsboro, NJ *

*Duration: 12 month contract *



*Project Summary:*

Global Standardization of Medical & Charitable Grants: Scope involves
implementation of an analytics initiative for the Medical & Charitable
Grants division. The Medical Grants and Corporate Giving functions are
looking to streamline 14 SOPs into a single streamlined corporate directive
and 1 SOP for Medical Grants and 1 SOP for Corporate Giving. These are
global SOPs that are being reviewed, and once newly defined, will need a
plan to implement changes to processes and IT systems (including
Cybergrants), and a broad change communications plan.

*Additional PM Requirements:*

Proven experience in managing analytics initiative especially experience
with Tableau implementations.

*Project Summary:*


V2R Implementation: Vision to Reality (V2R) will help consolidate,
standardize
and simplify reactive customer interactions worldwide and leverage customer
insights to inform decision making. Implement Salesforce.com cloud platform
(Service Cloud, Portal) for case management and an integrated global
self-service portal with reactive design for use across a variety of mobile
platforms. Implement Veeva Vault/AuthorIt platform for authoring, workflow
and
storage of component based content for multi-channel distribution.

* Additional PM Requirements:*

Proven experience managing large scale application development projects;
strong
working knowledge of common SDLC models. Experience with multiple digital
(such
as Web, Portal, Mobile...) projects and Sales Force projects is strongly
preferred but not required. Experience with Web development project is
required,
basic understanding of the web design is required.
