*Sr. Peoplesoft Developer*
Location: *Franklin, TN*
Duration: *12+ Months* (Long Term)

*Mandatory Skills*:  -

   - 3+ years of progressive experience as a PeopleSoft Developer which
   includes researching, designing, developing, migrating and testing
   PeopleSoft CRM (preferably 9.1)
   - 3+ years implementing complex projects with the ability to work
   productively under pressure even when clear direction and/or information
   are not always available.
   - Working knowledge of the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture, Change
   Assistant, PeopleTools 8.5x, Weblogic and Tuxedo.
   - Proven expertise with the following tools: PeopleTools 8.5x,
   Application Designer, PeopleCode, Workflow, Integration Broker, Application
   Engine, Component Interface, File Layouts, SQR, Application Messaging,
   Application Package, XML Publisher, P/S Query and PeopleSoft Security.
   - Strong working knowledge of Application Server (Tuxedo) and Web Server
   (Web Logic) technologies
   - Ability to debug complex PeopleCode and Application Engine programs
   - Demonstrated experience in Page, Component and Menu development
   - Hands-on experience with XML/XSL and Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, RESTful)
   - Analytical thinking and creative problem solving, ability to define
   multiple approaches to business problems, and exposure to business process
   - Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
   - Technical knowledge and experience in the development, installation,
   implementation and support of information systems and technologies
   - Expertise in Relational Database/SQL
   - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server required
   - Perform development and testing throughout the standard development
   life cycle assisting with the functional analysis as needed
   - Work closely with the Business Analyst to ensure business requirements
   are met - Document all changes, following a standard methodology
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and
   non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g.,
   management, individual contributors)
   - Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and
   expertise to other resources
   - Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills
   - Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
   - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
   - Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (i.e.,
   waterfall, iterative and other approaches to software development)

*Desired Skills*: -

   - Provides application software development services, technical support
   and analysis to assist in troubleshooting
   - Responsible to customize and test application components as well as
   online functionality enhancements of varying complexity in a PeopleSoft
   - Accepts full ownership and responsibility of deliverables overcoming
   obstacles as needed
   - Develops program logic in existing applications
   - Codes, tests, debugs, documents and maintains software applications
   - Maintains, tests and integrates application components
   - Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented
   - Analyzes requirements, and translates business requirements into
   technical design solutions
   - Writes technical specifications and other forms of documentation
   - Suggests technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and
   - Completes project assignments and special projects commensurate with
   job expectations
   - May conduct planning and analysis activities to plan projects and tasks
