.NET Project Lead

*Location*: Waltham, MA

*Length*: 12 months

Project Role:

Team: 4 member team = 1 onshore (the resource himself/herself) + 3 member
offshore team. Though the team size is small, the role is critical to
business and Accenture, and hence we need an AM or M level resource for
this role, and nothing less than that.

Lead Role

Client is taking over the support from existing contractors. This lead
level role will manage the KT from the contractors to his/her team.

•         The lead resource needs to be hands on to resolve any P1 issues
in his/her technology area, and pass on the rest to offshore.

•         The lead resource needs to review any complex ticket or
enhancements being done by his team.

•         Coordinate with the client for any issue management, escalation
management, weekly status reporting and managing enhancements (gathering
requirements from client, estimation, project management and UAT

•         Maintaining all the internet & intranet sites, their
certificates, licenses and SSL. Around 3000 sites, but only one is active.
Most are there for defensive purpose.

•         Managing client’s Website Portfolio : There are many types of
websites such as Legacy PHP international and legacy specialty. Mostly
custom .NET. Starting to implement Sitecore for corp and soon Vyvanse.

•         3rd party agencies do the majority of the work including creative
design, build and deploy. Client has architecture standards and they
communicate these to the agencies on processes and approvals. Post
deployment this team has to take the support responsibility after KT from
the agencies.

•         They have two data centers that will likely merge.  AT&T in US
and Rack space in London run by Technology Spa.

•         For the most part the US environment is robust and standard and

•         Outside US is more of a hodgepodge.

o    No CMS, so a collection of homegrown PHP solutions and very old and
free versions of SharePont for content management.

o    Migration and licenses will be costly.

•         All websites are static.

•         Just licensed one agency (Bright co) for streaming video. This
team supports and loads videos.

•         Approval workflow support : Zinc Maps is a LS compliance service
provider. Zinc Maps is currently the standard for approvals and is used for
this client.

•         Interface support :

o    Support of website integration with FICO and Epsilon. Epsilon service
leverages Unica and Dream. Includes secure webservice that aligns to
business rules for registration.

o    Support of integration between Veeva and FICO
