*Job Description :*

*Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:*

·         5-6 years in Life/ Non Life insurance industry with good
knowledge of the domain

·         Experience of customer acquisitions life cycle, retention and

·         Experience in preparing business process maps and business
understanding documents

·         Demonstrated business process modeling and requirements

·         Demonstrated understanding of design, data models, and

·         Experienced with systems roll-outs, facilitating change
management, transitions from project phase to on-going systems support

·         Experience working with SharePoint and MS Office.

*Generic Managerial Skills:*

Be able to evaluate priorities and manage work to critical project
timelines in a fast-paced environment.

·         Excellent team motivator; work well in teams that will be
globally co-located.

·         Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and
choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.

·         Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in high-pressure

·         Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing

·         Ability to quickly prioritize issues/requests and be capable of
personally diving deep when required to deliver solutions within an
accelerated timeframe

·         Works well under pressure and can resolve complex problems

·         Added advantage of PAHM/ALMI certifications.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep
executive staff and team members apprised of goals, project status, and
resolve issues and conflicts.

Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
