The cover sheet should be the same for every candidate. Their name & Profile Summary listing (in Bold) the key words from their resource request. In other words, make it the only thing on that page so when they glance at it, they can quickly keep it as a potential candidate. Since client is getting quite a number of profiles, hence the cover sheet addition is an add on to resume so that resume level rejection can be minimized.
