*Job Title: **Data Center Analyst*

*Location:* Austin, TX

*Duration:* *12+ Months*

***This is a third shift position; do NOT submit any candidates who cannot
work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday 10 PM - 10 AM.
This is a 36 hr/week position one week, and a 48 hr/week position the next
week (it alternates back and forth). That means a 3-day weekend one week,
and a 4-day weekend the next. There is NO chance this person would be able
to obtain a daytime shift for 2 - 3 years, so please make this clear.

*Role Description:  *

The Datacenter Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring and
supporting all production applications and equipment, taking appropriate
proactive and reactive action to maximize uptime of production systems. The
analyst will report to a Datacenter Operations Supervisor and will have the
following tasks:

· Monitoring and Application/Environment Support

· Monitor and support production applications

· Monitor Server Hardware

· Escalate production problems and issues as required

· Coordinate the resolution of application problems with all required
support teams and customers

· Support and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production job

· Troubleshoot production applications

· Develop, Implement and support monthly production application performance
metrics (Problem Management)

· Develop, Implement and support monthly production server performance
metrics (Problem Management)

· Monitor incident/request queues to ensure customer requests are
prioritized correctly and remediate within communicated service level

· Monitor and log datacenter physical access

· Other duties as defined by team leadership

· Provide daily, weekly and monthly operation reports

· Support, participate and maintain administrative tasks necessary to
generate required status/availability reports

· Create and maintain support management documentation using defined

· Availability to work different shifts as required and necessary

*Required skills: *
- 2 years in a technical support role in a client/server environment

- Proven team player

- Data center infrastructure experience preferred
