*Must Have : Incident ,Change and Problem Management*
Experience of working as an Change
§ Planning, Protection and Optimization ITIL Service Capability
qualification. alternatively the completion of the Service Lifecycle ITIL
modules - Intermediate qualification
§ Innovative thinking with service quality, and its improvement, within
limits of costs and business direction
§ A good understanding of the organization’s IT infrastructure, services
provided and customers/users
§ Knowledge and use of ITSM tools suite
§ Practical experience of IT Service Management in a complex IT operations
*Role Description *
· Coordinate the resolution of critical P1 incidents utilizing
technical and business resources in 24x7x365 enterprise support
· Instigate and chair technical bridge and management bridge
conference calls and assign tasks to the relevant attendees.
· Provide updates on customer management bridges on current
infrastructure issues and actions being taken.
· Send executive style communications to a global audience giving
details of the incident and impacts to the business.
