Responsibilities range from daily operations and maintenance to participating in large-scale enhancements and enterprise-level changes. The role is responsible for providing customer support, report scheduling, troubleshooting of application issues, performing routine maintenance, and applying patches as well as assisting with the administration and security provisions for all environments.
