*Role: SAP HCM-Payroll Expert*

*Location: **NYC, NY/Tampa, FL/Chicago, IL*

*Duration: 6+ months*

They are looking for US payroll candidates who have used SAP to run the

US Payroll expert

This role is responsible for the support of the US Payroll business
processes.  This includes working with the Payroll Operations outsourced
vendor, internal and external auditor’s requests, as well as ensuring
payroll regulatory compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and approve payroll to acceptance of final processing, including
special items for the US (e.g. equity exercises/vestings, manual checks)

• Primary contact for Payroll operational issues, troubleshoot and
personally resolve complex customer issues where judgement is required.

• Perform data analysis against standard operating procedures to ensure

• Highlight defects and research areas where process gaps are occurring

• Partner with the offshore team in correcting system data and documenting
resolutions within standard operating procedures

• Report findings and improvements on a weekly basis

• Minimum of five years of US payroll and payroll tax knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations surrounding
payroll operations as well as applicable systems (SAP) knowledge

• Exceptional analytical abilities, problem solving, with attention to
detail and discipline to follow instructions closely

• Strong working knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
