We have an excellent opportunity of *Salesforce Business Analyst for ExactTarget/Marketing Cloud* in *,BAY AREA ,CA * please share your interest at the earliest *For you reference, please find Job Description as under * *Position: Salesforce Business Analyst for ExactTarget/Marketing Cloud Location: Bay Area, CA Duration: 6+months* *Job Description : * Position Description • Drive and contribute to projects that rely on Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target + Pardot) from discovery through delivery: gather requirements, collaborate with the team to define a solution, build it and train the users • Work with stakeholders, supporting several different lines of business and levels of integration with Salesforce • Develop a deep understanding of various business units processes and goals • Respond to support requests from users and when trends are found, retrain users • Hunt for opportunities to offer improvements: transform unofficial, disorganized processes into feature enhancements in Salesforce • Translate business goals to tools, reports, prompts and interfaces that support those goals Desired Skills and Experience Requirements: • Must have Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience and at least one of the following certifications: Salesforce Force.com Developer, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder certification • Proven Exact Target/Salesforce Marketing Cloud email development experience • Full understanding of Exact Target capabilities and has ExactTarget configuration experience • Knowledge of Salesforce application; knowledge of Visualforce is a plus • Has completed at least one projects in full with ExactTarget.
