*Role:- **Project Manager *

*Location:-Portland, OR*

*Duration:- 6 Months+*

*Need visa copy and photo id during submission*

*Job Functions:*

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in
collaboration with management and stakeholders

Produce quality gate deliverables and coordinate for approval

Project Management Services

Plan, schedule and execute project timelines and milestones using
appropriate tools for the rollout and implementation.  Prepares resource
estimates needed to achieve project goals.

Coordinate and run project team meetings, create meeting agendas and
minutes.  Create and run project presentations for management and various

Project Management Services

Track and document action and follow-up items.  Identifies risks and
proactively manages all project changes and follow the formal change
control process.

Manage the project budget and reconcile PO’s, invoices and labor resources.

Create and manage deployment plans and manage all deployment communications
and ECC change control for all cutovers.

Create the Scope for the vendors (wiring, cabling, switch,
hardware/software) and manage the vendor Statement of work, comparing
invoices to contract and project deliverables.

Working with Procurement and Finance departments managing vendor contracts
and payment milestones

Communicate with various IT groups and departments to collaborate on the
project work, decisions and clear understanding of project scope.

Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk

Understanding of IT missions and operations in other areas of customer

Understands who is the client and what are the client's needs; provides
realistic expectations; establishes specific customer satisfaction
standards and actively monitors client satisfaction.

Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent.
Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic, multi-step

Develops improvements and innovations to enhance performance.

Pro-actively engages present and future stakeholders in design, priority
setting, and implementation.

Builds coalitions among the various stakeholders; negotiates authority to
move the project forward.

Creates a sense of belonging and ownership among team members; assembles a

delegates responsibility; promotes mutual support and interaction.

Consults and provides advice, facilitates discussion and resolves conflict;
