Job Title: Core Desktop Engineer - Level 3 Desktop Support

Contract Duration: 6+ months

Work Location: Boston, MA


Skills Required:


.         Solid background in Level 3 Desktop support, including Group
Policy troubleshooting in an enterprise wide environment. 

.         Experience with Beyond Trust and/or has worked in an environment
where users are not permitted to have admin level access to their desktops. 

.         Office 2010 including Windows 7 and 10  is required.  

.         Enterprise and Embedded experience is required knowledge of
Windows 7, 10, IE and Chrome configuration settings. 

.         Any experience with SCCM 2012 is a plus 

.         Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be
able to work extensively with vendor support teams while communicating with
challenging. clients 

.         Must have good troubleshooting skills, ability to work
independently and think "outside the box".
