Basic understanding of various software technologies &
compatibilities
Working with remote teams across the globe with different time
zones
Working experience in CA Agile Central (Rally) toolset and
ability to generate, analyze reports and provide insights to program
stakeholders
Guardians of scrum practices
Servant leader ¿ point of escalation, removes roadblocks,
impediments, and obstacles
Provide Coaching
Holds the team accountable to the agile principles and scrum
values
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies
Shields team from interruptions during the sprint
