*Technical and Professional Skills*

·         Deploy technical solutions using system development life cycle
methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile

·         Have the technical acumen to work with development teams in a
DevOps environment

·         Solid, working understanding of the Project Management Body of
Knowledge (PMBOK) discipline

·         MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio,
SharePoint)

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability
to convey business and technical concepts to subject matter experts and
non-technical professionals

·         Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task
across multiple, concurrent assignments, and delegate as needed

·         Professionally handle any issues and escalations

·         Five plus years industry experience as a program or product
manager within a technology environment, with a progressive record of
successful delivery of complex software systems or services
