*Position: Sr. Project Manager* *Location: San Jose, CA*
*Duration: 6+ Months contract* *The Sr. Project Manager will:* · Be responsible for the delivery of a full project life cycle for a large program or multiple projects and will provide appropriate leadership, coordination and facilitation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to scope. · Work closely with the Sr. Business Sponsor and Cross Functional Stakeholders of Order to Cash processes and applications (including Product Management, Pricing, Demand Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics teams). · Work with the project team subject matter experts, Business and IT members to enhance Order to Cash processes and systems to integrate with recently acquired subsidiaries. · Define project scope, schedule, resource plans and socialize for approval with project team, cross functional stakeholders and oversight committees. · Track program progress and report status, business issues and risks to cross functional managers, including senior management and executives. · Facilitate and manage program meetings and drive team members to key decision points including phase gate approval meetings. *REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* · *8 - 10+ years* of full life cycle ‘Business’ project management and process improvement experience working directly or indirectly in Product Management, Demand Forecast/Planning, Manufacturing, Sales Ops or Finance Ops Functions. · *Strong knowledge of Order to Cash business processes*, including product and pricing management. · Excellent communicator. Credible, articulate and authoritative and proven ability to influence with impact at all levels of the organization. · Strong facilitator – can run effective project meetings and workshops delivering on objectives by engaging participants. · Strong delivery focus – able to deliver against timeline and achieve results. · Can-do mindset.
