As a Campaign Technical Consultant who not only has detailed knowledge of
the Adobe Campaign Technical Consultant (Neolane) toolset but is a
technical expert
with a proven ability of problem solving.
Ideally they will be knowledgeable in daily operational use of Adobe
Campaign and will play a key role in supporting our
Marketing function in meeting their campaign activity targets. This would
include setting reports with adobe campaign, data extracts,
and data loads from a variety of sources. Someone with development
experience would be an advantage in achieving our upcoming goals.

Specific Responsibilities:
•Ensure effective and efficient communication with the brand stakeholders
oRequirement gathering to define the business goals of the campaign

oResponsible defining and adhering to the SLA's of the marketing requests.
•Responsible for Email Campaign planning and deployments
oData management (SQL and ETL),
oContent building
oAudience Definition and Segmentation
oCampaign Execution
oCampaign reporting
•Help brand teams ensure that technical queries are being addressed
appropriately
oAbility to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to code, data
segmentation, and analytics.
•Understands the changing nature and dynamics of the business and ensures
that the team is ready from a skill and capability perspective to manage
the changes.
•Evaluate new methodologies and technologies and make recommendations for
the improvement of business processes and provide assessments and
recommendations
 including result reporting.

Required Skills:
•Required to have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing / campaign
management experience
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in database design and development.
•Substantial experience with the web development process
•Complete comfort with Microsoft Suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint,
and Excel.
•Must be able to prioritize responsibilities and meet deliverable dates
with limited supervision
•Must understand and be capable of working in a flexible environment where
overtime and extra efforts may be required
•Willingness to work with and collaborate effectively with both internal
and external (agency / vendor) team members
•Demonstrated experience with Campaign Management tool(s)

•Demonstrated proficiency with database applications

•Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

•Proficient in other CRM platforms which target consumers is a Plus.
•Experience in pharmaceutical domain.
•Experience developing and maintaining sites within the TeamSite and/or
Sitecore CMS applications
•General understanding of PHP programming
•Experience with Mobile development
