*Responsibilities *
*· Conduct conversion/upgrade process.*
*· Initiate production environment during non-business hours in
order to begin programming, testing, and data considerations. *
*· Analyze and identify complex problems with software and / or
client data and/ or the particular software module *
*· Work in collaboration with other software engineers, management
and client stakeholders to determine course of action, short term resolves,
problem areas, and all possible solutions. *
*· Document all analyses and actions for conversion/upgrade calls
using documentation protocols.*
*Required Qualifications:*
*· 3+ years of experience in database programming and / or
administration*
*· Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school)
Required, Field of Study: Computer Science or Engineering*
*· 1-3+ years of experience with T-SQL, SQL Server, Query Analyzer,
writing stored procedures, and troubleshooting T-SQL code *
*Desired Qualifications:*
*· 4+ years of similar experience with other relational databases
*
*· Computer programming knowledge and/or equivalent course work*
*· Knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Windows, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook.*
*· Experience with data migration between disparate databases
Experience troubleshooting medical software solutions*
*· Knowledge of NextGen solutions or other healthcare software*
*· Basic knowledge of medical /healthcare terminology*
*· Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of
medical/healthcare industry *
*· Experience working with internal and / or external clients*
