*Senior Developer (FrontRange)* Location: New York, NY
Contract: 6-9 Months Start: May 2017 Experience in *development* of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions for enterprises using FrontRange (HEAT) Service Management software with fully integrated Voice Automation and Client Management capabilities on-premise and in the cloud Familiar with VMware® ESX 3.5, VMware Virtual Server 2.0 VMware Workstation 6.5 and Microsoft® Hyper-V (Windows 2008). Design, development and maintenance surrounding service management and customer portal tools and systems. This role will also assist with escalations and troubleshooting of system issues.Responsibilities: - Design, develop, document, and maintenance of applications using tools such as .NET 4, C#, WCF, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> / MVC2, and T-SQL. - Provide detailed application architecture support for design and development of enterprise service architecture and components. - Act as technical contact for escalations and troubleshooting of advanced issues for Company's in-house built/customized applications. - Responsible for delivery of any assigned IT metric across all accounts (i.e. patch management). - Intimately involved in operational processes to facilitate designing useful tools/solutions to increase operational efficiency *REQUIREMENTS:* - Bachelor's degree or higher OR 4+ years professional work experience. - 7+ years .NET and T-SQL development - *MUST HAVE Expert knowledge of FrontRange ITSM and HEAT Service Management systems development.* . - Expert level of proficiency in ASP.Net <http://asp.net/> with an emphasis of C#. - Ability to write Transact-SQL queries, views, and procedures. - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012 Administration and Optimization - Proficient with Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 and 4.0. - Proficient with application API's and related frameworks. - Technical expertise in web application technologies including XML, XSLT, CSS, jQuery, and HTTP. - Experience with Network Architectures, SQL database Architecture and /or similar experience - Strong experience with various technologies such as AJAX, Web Services, Web Content Management, and Open source STRUTS Framework. - Microsoft IIS Administration. - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). - TCP/IP and general network management experience. - Server and desktop OS troubleshooting, including knowledge of the Registry, Service Management, and Event Viewer Job Type: Contract Required education: - Bachelor's Required experience: - Frontrange (Heat) Development: 7 years *Regards,* *Kiran,* *StreamIT* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Phone: 267-328-4043 <267-328-4043>* *GT: [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Resumes" group.
