- Planning, analysis, design, and coding web applications as well as
lead team of 6-8.
- Senior Technical Support Lead providing monitoring and guidance

- Strong Interpersonal Skills – ability to work with people with
a variety of skillsets;
- 10+ years of general IT experience of which 5+ years in a Technical
Lead Role
- 5+ years leading delivery of J2EE based systems
- 4+ years' hands-on experience implementing and deploying modern
backend server side solutions leveraging Java, Groovy, Spring, REST
web services, NoSQL databases, JMS; Experience with J2EE portals
- Test-driven development, refactoring, automated unit test,
integration test, functional test, and continuous integration / deployment
with
- Performance & Load Testing abilities, including automated
testing techniques using MAVEN, MOCKITO, JIRA, JENKINS, SONAR, etc.;
Experience with development of applications to mobile platforms
- Experience with telematics program preferred
- Strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design Skills, Web Services
- Must have application design experience using UML
- Good understanding of the different architecture patterns and
their tradeoffs
- Must have experience in service oriented architecture and
Micro Services; Having Experience in Hadoop, Spark like Big Data Technology
Stack is a big plus.
