*Responsibilities: *
*Ecommerce background is preferred. Demand ware is ideal but ATG and others
are fine*
- Conduct requirement sessions and workshops
- Write requirements (user stories / acceptance criteria)
- Manage product backlog and backlog grooming sessions
- Create any supporting documentation as needed (flow diagrams, work
breakdown structures, etc.)
- Perform requirements reviews with product owner, business stakeholders
and IT
- Create UAT test cases and lead UAT testing with business stakeholders
- Partner with IT to resolve issues reported in UAT
- Keep Program Manager(s) and product owner updated on progress, road
blocks, and timelines
*Requirements:*
Strong BA / analytical skills
Firm understanding of eCommerce, web and mobile technologies.
Must have experience with a mainstream eCommerce package such as
Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle ATG/Commerce Cloud, Magento,
Websphere Commerce, or other enterprise packages.
Knowledge of SDLC
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Experience with Diagraming, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, Visual Studio Team
System (VSTS) and Power Point
Travelling is required to client locations.
