It is all manual. - They will be creating test scenarios. - They will be responsible for negotiating acceptance criteria with difficult users that sometimes can be quite political. With that said, extremely great communication skills are a must! - Must understand GAAP - Must have a strong understanding of Financial Reporting as it pertains to monthly/yearly close. (financials to support earnings provided to shareholders). - CPA cert is a plus, not a must - Entertainment is a plus not a must - TV, plus not a must *Qualifications* • 5+ recent years in disciplined Quality Assurance with strong experience in designing, writing and executing test cases (with an emphasis on end-to-end integration testing) • 3+ recent years’ experience in an agile environment with preferred experience working in a scrum tool like Jira, TestRail and/or Pivotal Tracker • Demonstrate hands-on experience with unit, system, integration, user acceptance and regression testing (and know the differences/purpose of each) • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills that can adjust to summary and detail levels of information • Strong preference for prior experience working on an accounting/financial reporting project with familiarity of SOX and/or GAAP financial reporting guidelines • Strong preference for prior experience in the Entertainment Industry, preferably in Television, Home Entertainment, or Film *Responsibilities* • Primarily responsible for compiling and executing end-to-end integration testing of appropriate test scenarios across several systems/modules within the SPE TV Distribution order-to-cash landscape. • Actively participate in user story grooming/elaboration sessions to analyze and understand business and technical requirements.
