In addition is able to work on highly complex assignments and perform a full range of technical support activities. Job Responsibilities • Duties require a variety of comprehensive computing, data communication and telecommunication skills, familiarity with various diverse operating environments, applications and equipment, and will vary depending upon the end-user(s) serviced. • Responsibilities may encompass but not limited to the following: o Hardware and software technical support analysis o Communications and network systems analysis o Application packaging & sequencing o Testing and analysis o Software quality assurance and testing o Change management creation and adherence o Coordination with Imaging and Software Distribution teams for resolution of packaging issues and deployment solutions o Implementing test plans, migration plans, and delivery plans o Deliver high-quality solutions to our customers to ensure their investment in technology is consistent with their business objectives o Technical meetings and presentations with Xerox clients o Manage software packaging quality control processes o Control application lifecycle management for Xerox clients *Skills, Knowledge, & Experience* • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 5 years of related support experience for Windows XP and Windows 7 • In-depth knowledge of Windows Vista/Windows 7 system components, specifically User Account Control (UAC) • Knowledge of Windows Group Policy/Local Policy management • Strong scripting skills using VBScript and PowerShell • Experience with software packaging toolset including Install Shield, Wise Package Studio and/or the Microsoft ORCA toolkit, Primal Script Editor, Gatekeeper, Launch It, MS Launch, VMware Workstation, Sysinternals Tools, ThinApp, Setup Capture, Pineapple, StageIt. • Experience with application distribution by way of SCCM / BigFix. • Strong customer service orientation, appreciation of role as ACS representative and commitment to customer-focused contract performance • Maturity of judgment under pressure/ability to diagnose level of user need and make work assignments accordingly • Considerable end-user interface by phone and/or in-person necessitates strong (clear) verbal communication skills and credible customer presence • Good written skills and the ability to contribute to and/or lead the written proposal process • Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines • Commitment to quality and personal ethics • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Self-driven and be able to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience in a user-focused technical-support environment • ITIL Foundations knowledge • 3+ years scripting and application development experience *ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES DESIRED* • Experience with SoftGrid or Microsoft App-V • Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) specifically software distribution • Experience with Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit (ACT) or other remediation technologies *Qualifications Work Environment* • Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field is desired • Available for off-hours escalations as 2nd and 3rd tier of on-call support • Little travel required (? 10%) Regards *Manoj Priyadarshi* Account Manager Phone-678 -648-8942 Infogium Technologies LLC 2655 Azalea Bluff Dr Cumming , GA 30041 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Resumes" group.
