Additions specific to the BCBS Operations Positions: *Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:* - Ability to draft technical requirements from BCBSA Mandates - Participates with Agile teams. Updates JIRA, writes User stories and collaborates with project team for scheduling and managing backlog - Active participation and leadership of assigned responsibilities. - Performs quality analysis and defines technical requirements for all projects. - Researches and resolves data questions and issues with reported data. - Communicates with project leadership and peers to resolve questions to achieve compliance. - Analyze data and summarize performance using summary statistical procedures. - May make recommendations based upon data and system analysis - Excellent communication skills required both verbally and in writing. - Provides analysis of efficiencies related to system enhancements/automation. Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field; 3 or more years related *healthcare *experience; various data platform experience (MSSQL, Oracle, Teradata). Experience with FHIR, and exposure to Cloverleaf required. Experience designing systems involving API development.
