Please check the below JD and if you are interested, share profiles to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Role : Data Governance Lead* *Location: Princeton NJ* *Duration: 12 Months* *Note : Remote is ok But client will interview candidates first who can travel (1 time in month)* *Good to have insurance domain* *Responsibilities:* Manage and communicate data related activities with the business/IT leadership teams Evaluate the current state and deliver and a tactical implementation model Manage and deliver a common reference attributes (definition/values) Work on identifying data mastering requirements for core business entities Develop a data quality monitoring process Develop and maintain inventory of enterprise information maps, including authoritative systems, owners skills/capabilities: *Technical:* Ability to dive into the data sources for evaluation of usages, identify patterns and assess quality *Analytical:* Evaluate current data attribute deployments and map to a target Ability to understand complex business priorities and translate them into clearly defined technical/data specifications for implementation *Innovation:* Forward thinking and passionate about integrating technologies with data governance activities reducing manpower efforts *Organization*: Ability to lead and guide efforts with cross functional teams and to manage multiple workstreams *Communication:* Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely, both verbally and in written form at each level of management.
