This individual should bring *15–20+ years of overall experience*, with strong leadership capabilities, and deep domain knowledge in *pharma, clinical research, healthcare, or medical device manufacturing*. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, leading requirement gathering sessions, defining functional specifications, and enabling successful execution under aggressive timelines.
