Mutex debugging: added a new macro RS_STACK_MUTEX(myMutex) to trigger a scope
guard while recording file location and line number. Moved the timings from
RsMutex to RsStackMutex. Changed the mutexes in rsgenexchange and
rsgxsntservice to use the new macro.
