First of all I noticed that issues 1877 and 1878 are duplicates of this one. I got errors from google when posting and I didn't noticed they were actually posted so please link those. About your question the rb-site file I found has no extension. I tried renaming to .py hoping it to be a python script but it didn't work. I was able to install python and everything based on the installation instructions but can't create the first site. Not sure if that's considered an installation.
