New issue 1178 by c.go...@inovex.de: Server error on saving a review change
What version are you running?
>> Where can I read this as a web user???
What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
>> No useful value available :-(
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create / Have a Review, open it for change.
2. Do some changes, lets say to the description or name.
3. Enter a change note containing double quotes (like when you want to
quote component names or so)
4. Click on Submit Draft.
What is the expected output?
>> The changed review.
What do you see instead?
>> An orange error warning area saying "server error 500 has occurred" on
top of the rest of the browser window content, and the unchanged draft.
(Click on Details shows more.)
What operating system are you using? What browser?
>> Server: Unknown; Client: WinXPSP3; Browser IE6 + Firefox3
Please provide any additional information below.
>> If the change note does not contain any quotes at first try, then the
draft is saved as expected. If the first try contained quotes and was
rejected, than also further trials are rejected, may they contain quotes or
not. Seems to be a DB / SQL translation problem.
