I too getting this error for few of the c files. Looks like patch is
failing.
The patch to 'src/amuoci.c' didn't apply cleanly. The temporary files have
been left
in 'c:\winnt\temp\reviewboard.qoyghn' for debugging purposes. `patch`
returned:
patching file c:\winnt\temp\reviewboard.qoyghn\tmpqbb31p Hunk #1 succeeded
