New issue 1234 by josh.hamacher: 'svn move' followed by post-review only
shows deleted file, not the added one.
http://code.google.com/p/reviewboard/issues/detail?id=1234

*NOTE: Do not post confidential information in this bug report.*

What version are you running?
1.0

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
(any review matching the situation described below)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Under SVN, do an 'svn mv' to rename a file.
2. Run "post-review".
3. Note that the review only shows one file - the "deleted" one. It
doesn't show the corresponding "added" file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A "perforce integrate/perforce delete", the equivalent operation, shows one
file added and one file deleted. I'd expect this behavior with SVN as
well, especially since 'svn status' reports two changed files.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
OS/browser independent.

Please provide any additional information below.
I think this may be related to, or a more general case of, issue 1065
(http://code.google.com/p/reviewboard/issues/detail?id=1065).
