New issue 1317 by josh.hamacher: Differentiate between deleted files and
those that have had all contents removed.

*NOTE: If you have a patch, please submit it to

What version are you running?

What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?
Any diff page.

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Currently files that are opened for deletion are shown as if all lines of
content have been deleted but I don't see any actual indication of
deletion. In the general case the contents of a deleted file aren't
important, so I think it would be more intuitive if the contents of deleted
files were replaced with "This file has been deleted", or words to that

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Shouldn't matter, but Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 and Firefox 3.5.3.
