New issue 1723 by gtalvola: Attempt to recover password causes CSRF

When I attempt to recover my password, after I enter my email address and
press the Recover button, I get an error page stating "CSRF verification
failed. Request aborted"

1.5 RC1
What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
/account/recover/
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply attempt to recover your password.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the error message mentioned above.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
