have been removed.

1. remove a file in a revision (we'll call revision 3).
2. post-review --revision-range=0:4
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

post-review --revision-range attempts to call "svn info" on the removed
node, this causes failure:
Failed to execute command: ['svn', 'info', '<path>']
