Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
For users with very large review queues, it'd be really nice to have a
focused-down "Reviews pending action" view. Maybe it could show just
reviews that haven't been marked "ship it" that have either had no review
or have changed since the last review? That way it's just "reviews I should
probably deal with".
