New issue 1845 by bazaar bzr+ssh is not working

*NOTE: Do not post confidential information in this bug report.*

What version are you running?

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I am trying to add a bzr+ssh repository. The first time I tried, it asked me to accept the key of the server; I'm using an address like bzr+ssh://localhost/bzr/project/trunk 2.Then it failed with "Connection closed: Unexpected end of message. Please check connectivity and permissions, and report a bug if problems persist."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should add the repository or do whatever it does.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
centos 5.5, Chrome
