It turns out users can find out the membership to a given review group. The
URL is there, but there is no way to navigate to this link short of
entering the URL.
This URL shows the members of the group.
http://reviewboard.org/groups/<group name>/members/
When viewing the /groups URL. All the links go to /groups/<group name>. One
of them should go to /groups/<group name>/members.
