New issue 1865 by jsliu78: easy_install not working because Paramiko site
is down

Just tried to install ReviewBoard.
Successfully completed the steps in the Windows Installation documentation
up to the "easy_install ReviewBoard" step.
This command fails on the Paramiko installation.
Looks like www.lag.net/paramiko is down.
Any alternatives for installing on Windows?
