New issue 1876 by latchkey: email address is not updated when using ldap

This is similar to another issue #1858 but different.
The difference is that if you change a users email address in LDAP, then
that email address isn't updated in reviewboard. I tried logging the user
out and logging them in again and the email address wasn't updated. The
whole point of LDAP is that I can keep all the information in one place and
it is automatically reflected in all of the places that depend on it. ;-)
