What version are you running? 1.5.4
I found no possibility to grant other users to post new revisions for
diffs. If there is any, I'm sorry, didn't find it.
I mean, users A and B work together in a team. If A posts a review request,
then B has no permission to post a new revision of the diff, so he must ask
A to post it, which is annoying.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Ubuntu 10.04.2 with Mozilla Firefox 3.6.15
