Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
I would like to generate a review request for a file or files that are not
modified. At my company, we'd like to take files that are already checked
in and do a group review to look for potential bugs or improvements. We
would also like to use reviewboard's commenting and revision system to
track the review of that file. The diff viewer could be changed so instead
of showing a split pane, it would show the whole file.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Win XP, Google Chrome 12.0.742.91
