Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
1)its pain for developer to enter username & password for each review
2) what we did, customized the post-review tool to take USENAME , PASSWORD,
from .reviewboradrc . so developer need not give username & password in
command line argument.if we have entry in .reviewboradrc
i think we have to use this .reviewboradrc file to maximum extent
