What version are you running?
Reviewboard 1.6.1
RBTools 0.3.2, 0.3.3, 0.3.4 (non of the are working)
What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to post a review with post-review without being logged in
2. post-review will ask the username and password, but can not log in
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Client: OSX (same from Linux clients)
Server: OSX, python 2.6, ldap auth (works from the web ui)
