New issue 2427 by [email protected]: OPEN_BROWSER property is not
effective from .reviewboardrc
http://code.google.com/p/reviewboard/issues/detail?id=2427
What version are you running?
RBTools 0.3.4
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create .reviewboardrc file with "OPEN_BROWSER=True" line.
2. Upload something to the Review Board from the directory which contains
this file.
You will see that this setting has no effect. It seems that only
REVIEWBOARD_URL is taken from that file.
I'm running Windows XP, Firefox browser.
