What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the page showing the reviews of a review request
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The "+" sign in front of "Expand All" is not clickable (you have to click
on the text itself), unlike any other "+" or "-" sign in reviewboard. This
is inconsistent, and unexpected: you click and nothing happens.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Mac OS 10.7.2, Safari 5.1.2
