Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Post review will close review request with status 'submitted'.
This is useful for post-commit review when mature developer creates review
requests which in most cases should not reviewed.
With this option all review requests can be simply splitted to 'autoreview'
(review requests created by hook) and manual review (review requests
created by developers for preview) using 'Hide submitted' button.
