sorry for the delayed response.
I'm trying to access http://<host-name>/
Followed the exact same steps as mentioned in
http://www.reviewboard.org/docs/manual/1.5/admin/sites/creating-sites/#creating-sites
except for one change in which the username we used was "wwwrun" instead of
the mentioned "www-data" for changing permissions
